ושמחת בחגיך.. אכלו מעדנים שתה ממתקים

Thanks to the raw food divas' inspirations.. I made insanely yummy ice cream – triple layered ice cream cake – smooth chocolate hazelnut cream layer, crunchy almond coffee cinnamon layer, and a vanilla cashew layer.. topped with blueberries and chocolate fudge…
For the first Yom Tov I made delicious blueberry cardamom ice cream with chocolate mint fudge. The Challah was so so tasty too..I made sweet ones – cinnamon maple syrup vanilla cane sugar.. and some challot topped with olive oil, zatar, rosemary, onions, garlic, tomato, pepper.. everyone just filled up on the challah.. The luscious lasagna was a hit as well– it tasted even better than the dairy version.. the nut mixture tasted so much like real cheese..

Challah, Pineapple melon, Chick pea parsley dill salad, tachina, tomato salad, olives, tofu salad zatar olive oil garlic onion, delicious roasted eggplant garlic white wine and ginger salad, carrot salad, beets, lettuce salad, sprouts, vegetable platters, batter fried beer salmon, zucchini carrot bread, whole wheat pasta topped with mushrooms onions garlic sautéed with white wine, ice cream..

and the guests, divrei torah, and discussions.. were great! Baruch Hashem!
