hummmmm! The best cookies ever! Orange Zest Chocolate

The batter is still chillin in the fridge but I think these will be the best cookies ever.. and they are vegan too! The batter was irresistible.. so so good!!

Here's the (on the spot) recipe: I don't have any measurements sorry.

orange zest
freshly squeezed orange juice
cinnamon
pereg chai all spice mix -- (English pepper, cardamom..)
vanilla bean soaked in amaretto- crushed up
organic carob powder
baking powder
salt
maple syrup
raw cane sugar
sesame oil
canola oil
sweet red wine
premium quality chocolate chopped to bits
oatmeal
whole wheat flour
